East Zone Period
Now is de east zone volleyball competition period. So some days morning scorer den afternoon train sec 1. Scorer for east zone still okay la not very stressful. And till now i always do de libero control sheet which is very slack de haha. However i finally know how to do de main sheet le. Actually quite easy de but i keep thinking it's difficult. So from now on i have to do de main one le. No choice now lack ppl. If not i also don feel like doing de haha. Yup den train sec 1 is another job lor. Again helping de sch but tis time more for de volleyball team. Have to train them hard ar or not next time not up to standard. Thier training full of push ups de lor haha just like my time when i'm in sec 1. Then we have 4 trainers. Got kind got strict and got everything also anything de la. Of course i'm de kind one la haha=) Haiz... these few day very busy ar but still manage to find time do gym la haha not bad. Erm a lot of things had happened these few days when i'm not online and at first i don know ANYTHING. After today turn on de com realise i had been missing out on super a lot of thing that is related to me. Sian lor if i know tis will happen i will online for de pass few days la. Haiz... tis time they joke too much le la. Really over lor. Haiz... i don know why i feel so uneasy. I feel like telling them off la. Joke also must have limit de wad. Haiz... lucky i online today or not things will get worst. I don know wad they thinking la. Might be fun for them but i have to suffer lor...

Swollen Ankle
Erm happy that finally officially paid as assistant coach after so long! Actually not a lot la but i take it as passing time lor. If not really very boring de leh. Poly don know start when also. So go back sch help. Train sec 1 now. Have to start from de very basics again. Before training even started i injured le lor. Playing volleyball den step someone's leg while landing from my jump. Wa Quite bad lor. De moment my ankle got sprain i can feel de sharp pain la! At first not very swollen de. Den after i walked to get ice it became very swollen. Very unlucky la... Came home iced again while taking a nap. After dinner took lots of medicine. Got medicine for muscle relaxing, swell release and pain release. Hope all tis medicine helps ar. I still got jpsae trail leh! Haiz... A lot of things have been on my mind these few days la. A little stress, confuse. Wad should i do?

VB
Breakfast with my mother at BK. Afternoon went to airport to send my mother's cousin off for holiday haha. Actually wandering i should go or not cause i maybe playing volleyball. In de end kind of kena force so too bad haha. Then rush back home and i was late a bit la haha. Anyway sweat quite a lot while playing la cause i ran a lot haha Played till 8 den waited for taxi. Of course not i go up la help them hire only casue play near my house mah haha. Anyway it's quite fun, dun mind another time haha=)

Sec 1 fitness test
As usual, every year will have tis fitness test to select volleyball players. Don know why tis year super a lot of ppl interested in joining. From wad i see got a number of tall ppl and fit ppl. So hope tis will help our sch. Like every year i'm in charge of a station too. Tis year i'm de in charge of zic zac run station. I thought of running slower so that ppl can see clearly how tis run is done, but who knows kena complain. Haiz... Erm do from 8.30 to 12.30. Den have lunch 2 den start again. Actually should have free breackfast de but somebody forget, so nevermind lor haha. Den during lunch time went to play volleyball. We don know is de sec 1 gathering place so we thought we play volleyball also so many ppl watch haha=) Den after a while a teacher ask us stop playing for a while den we know haha. After de fitness test is over went to play mahjong. Haha wa very fun lor. However don know wad happened to me on that day keep seeing wrong haha. But still, quite lucky la win a lot of times. Hope can play again anytime soon haha;)

School starts
Erm first day of sch today. Haha but not for me la so i reach sch when it's break time lor. Like that den can don need so early wake up mah. Yup i went to sch to do weights. However, at last never do weights so help ms teo do things lor. De volleyball notice board partly is made by me=) Yup so we cleared de pe store room also. Wa very dusty la... We took a few shirt home also la haha. Actually i kind of miss secondary sch life. I like to go back to sch as a different status. Going to sch as a student a bit stress ar haha. Yup after everything we went to meet lionel to celebrate his birthday. Went to semei's Niwa Sushi for dinner after much decision making. Den we surprise him with a cake. Oh oh de cake very nice haha mango de=) Can tell he is happy la haha but i can tell he predicted that also haha

Lucky
Went for Mr Low training before meeting for sec 1 fitness test briefing. Do lots of spiking. And don know why my spiking like never improve. Haiz... But nevermind, my service improve can le haha. Erm actually is brifeing only but after that still need clean up store room lor haha. Wa i sweat more when cleaning up compared to when i'm training lor haha. Super tired! A lot of things to do also haha. After cleaning watch B boys play match a while den went home. After shower also change up den went to changi village for dinner. Ate fried rice. Went to a nearby temple to pray. There is 12 stations, so follow number lor haha. After praying I went to the fish pond to "talk" to the fishes. Wow! Some are really very very big! I toss some coins into the fish pond also. There is a very big coin with a hole in the middle. The first try i aready got my coin in the hole which hit the bell and create a sound haha=) So i hope all my wishes really do come ture=)
