The eating week
Wow de last 2 weeks of holidays I ate a lot leh, especially at nite. Starting from 19 Dec. It was de NTN retreat day. So there were refreshment and they were very sweet! There is lots of sweet sweet things like chocolate fondue. Banana with chocolate, marshmallow with chocolate, chocolate brownies. Wa i tell u eat all these together is really too sweet le. Den after de whole programme, my team ate dinner at bugis KFC. De fries hard hard de den de chicken very salty haha. We also exchange christmas present there, took quite a while as we have to draw lots. Tis is de above $2 and below $5 give exchange tat i took a long time to find!

20Dec nite I had dinner at my mother's friend house. Ate 3 full plates of rice with potatoes, vegetable, meat and nuts. De black pepper source is very nice! After dinner still got desert lor haha. Chocolate chip ice cream with toppings and jelly which my mother friend made. Nicest of all is de chocolate cake with fresh whip cream. It can be compared to de one u buy in cake shops okay haha.

Nite of Dec 21, my cousin's 21th birthday. The 4 of us, me and my tat 3 cousin grew up together. They are all older den me, the oldest sis was 21 years old tis year and i when to her house to eat buffet. Same, tat nite i ate a lot too.

Dec22 and 24, went supper with my father and brother. Ordered lots of things as we are all big eaters. On christmas nite, I went to my 2nd aunt's house for christmas celebration. The food there not very nice la but i like de dessert. i think i ate throughtout de whole party lor haha.

30Dec, my bro birthday. His birthday is de same as my 3rd aunt. Den she treat us go ktv haha. So before my sing, we had a swim first. Wow i tell u ar i very long never swim le haha eh i gold de okay =) Let's see, i have to take care of 4 very young child and look out for 3 primary sch kids. They were all my cousins haha. I stress lor, they anything happen i don know how answer lor
haha. But really very fun lor playing with all de small little kids haha made me feel younger also, anyway i not old wad, still young! Oh in ktv i sang lots of songs, all chinese de too many to say hehe.

Last 2nd week of de year was very enjoyable! Going to 2009 le!

Thoughtful Sharing
Oh let me share something today! For today, I will like to share wad I have learnt throughout de whole Navteen (NTN) Camp. First I wan to say i went to de camp willingly de okay haha. Actually I went cause most ppl went la haha=) However i never regretted going cause I had take away lots of valuable lessons. I must say i grew a lot. Not physically in size or height la, but I grew much as a person. At least now my character is stronger!

Wow! There is really a lot of things i had learn. First thing is tat we are not conserving de environment and not saving water. We did not take note of those ppl tat are less fortunate den us and have no clear water to drink. Thus from now on, we have to save water and care for de unfortunate ppl. U must see de photos really scary. So if u think u are unlucky, there are more ppl out there more unlucky den u. Treasure wad u have!

Erm sharing and giving is topic too. As neighbours, we have to care for each other. Neighbours mean Everyone! even ppl u don like. Smiling=) even ppl in Africa waiting for death also smile. Tis makes me have a reason to smile more. As time goes by my smile has also been decreasing too, lots of things have been happening. So from now on, i will smile more(= If u realise our canteen's poster says tis 'Smile! It increase your face value' Yup smiling is very important=)

If u don know, before we eat every meal we have to memorise a phase. Suppose to be every meal different phase. But I every meal also same de haha. Den i gave myself an excuse rather memorise fully one whole phase den all halfway de haha=) De best thing is I picked to shortest one. 'Where two or three come in my name, there am I with them' Simple rite? So from meal time a only learn tis, for 5 days somemore.


Oh den from de 4 lessons, I learnt about free will. We as human are given free will and we have to exercise them wisely! Faith also, we must have faith in everything we do. Must have confident in yourself. Remember, there's a will, there's a way! And during de lessons, we played taboo too. I also learn something from it haha. Listen carefully ar! 'Your pants got wad?' answer is 'ZIP' den we have an answer 'Hole'. Tis made our instructor laughing her way home and she said ppl think she siao haha. Got another one, 'Wad is de opposite of god' Den i said goddness. How i know answer is devil la haiyo.

Those who wan to learn and grew as a person, next year join tis camp with me lor haha=) and these as the two colours for tis years camp!

NTN Camp 2008=)
Wa I tell u all tis years camp was very very fun. Like every year before going I will think wa 5 days leh sure very slow and sian de. However when de camp finished yesterday, I felt tat tis camp is too short. Actually 5 days for a camp is just right but cause of de teamates I have made de time fly so fast.

Tis year I'm in team 2 and my group is made up of many different ppl with different style. As usual, most is from SHSS volleyball and there are 5 from other school. Our group is very nice we made up of some quite, talkative, lonely, funny and 'siao' ppl. And our group manage to win everything on de 2nd day. It's good tat the leaders and advisers helped us a lot.

On de 1st day when we haven even introduce ourselves, we aready did well in the 1st team game. Everyone worked well and we don go for speed, we go for quality=) But our team quite indecisive cause we everything also say 'anything' de haha. Aiya 1st day nothing much cause 1 plus den reach there.

Oh ya tis camp hor don give us much time to bath de lor. First day 10 mins, 2nd day 4,6,8 base on games. But my group manage to get 8 mins=) lucky lor or not much rush like mad. 2nd day de caption's ball my group wins also haha nice. Den 3rd and 4th day got some lesson thingy. Other ppl 4 lesson all different de only me, clare, alfred and abrie same other ppl 4 lesson all same. There is about 80 ppl and only 4 of us all de same cause we are non christian. De course is called soul searching and it made us feel like we have done something wrong haha reflecting.

3rd day de nite game is very funny. It is underground church. I act as de roll 'civilian'. Wad i have to do is just to work and buy food. So i worked hard for $20 only. De other $70 is basically by 'cheating'. I was also con by ppl and den caught and thrown to 'jail'. Actually jail more fun den outside lor. Work very sian de. In jail got ppl entertain u. All de labourer have to act firce very! haha they will shout, scream, pull, and pour water at u. I just say they tired me up too tight den they pour water at me haha siao one. Den I gu yi cause trouble den i kena pull out of de room and one on one shouting at me. Going through last year camp i know they playing only so i keep smiling away. They cannot tahan den let me go lor haha. And i tis year never rebel okay haha=) After i have been release, i go around helping ppl not get cheat by de police. Den again i was caught but halfway de game stoped haha

Yup de special nite was very fun. Really special lor. It is really unforgettable lor. Dinner change place, and lots of games and dance. De team is Wild Wild West! Cause i got no costume, i only wore a leopard skin and a singlet. Den i did not look like cowboy or red Indian lor. A lot ppl say i look like 'fling stone' lor haha. When i think about it, is really la haha. Still got ppl say i girl very sexy lor! just cause de skin a bit short. Rarr! Tat tat nite i aready paisae cause of my appearance den after i take food for 3 person, i when to de wrong table. De best thing is i don even know until i sat down and said food is here. By de time i realised, de other team member aready start suan me and taking away i food. When i turn back to my team, they were all laughing like mad le. Wa very paisae can le, den whole nite suan and suan me. Oh i like de dancing part, we nice=) After everything we took photos. Yup memorable!
